Georgina provides strategic advice to start ups, family business owners, high net worth individuals and principal investors on acquisitions, scalability, intergenerational transfers business succession planning and exit strategies for family business owners. Georgina was part of the core DNA at Rockwell Bates as she started with Adam Levine when he founded and started Rockwell Bates in September 2008. Having returned after some time away, Georgina has been appointed to the executive committee at Rockwell Bates who together with the other committee members is tasked on the future growth of Rockwell Bates.
Georgina loves giving back to young lawyers and, in her own time and on a pro bono basis, mentors young lawyers to navigate the legal landscape and barriers to progressing in the legal industry.
